This is a particularly attractive opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation specialist to step into an established role and play a key part in the continued development of the Property Litigation offering.

The Role

You'll join an established Civil Litigation team and manage a varied Property Litigation caseload, acting for commercial, agricultural and private clients. Your work will include land and property disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, rural disputes, etc.

There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development, marketing, seminars and training, as well as supporting the wider team with your expertise.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Property Litigation Partner or Senior Solicitor with strong technical expertise and a proven track record across a broad range of property disputes.

You'll have excellent client management, communication and negotiation skills, together with the commercial awareness and confidence to operate at a senior level. Experience acting for rural, agricultural or landowning clients would be a strong advantage.
