SENIOR PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR (6 PQE) OXFORD. Looking to progress your career in property litigation with a reputable firm? •The appointed Solicitor will manage their own varied caseload, advising a diverse client base on a range of Property Litigation matters.
•You will manage a broad range of property litigation matters, including disputes relating to adverse possession, boundaries, rights of way, trespass and title, as well as landlord and tenant issues such as break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture, repossession, lease renewals and terminations, rent reviews, service charge disputes and tenant default.
•Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years' PQE and a strong background in Property Litigation.
•You will possess excellent technical knowledge, be confident managing your own caseload and demonstrate a pragmatic, commercial approach to client service.
