An exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join the firm's growing Dispute Resolution team in Leeds.

This role will provide exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property disputes, working closely with an experienced and supportive team acting for a broad client base that includes landlords, tenants, developers and commercial occupiers.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of matters spanning a wide range of property litigation issues, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease renewals
• Breach of covenant matters
• Possession proceedings
• Development and contractual property disputes

You will advise clients throughout the full lifecycle of a matter, from initial instruction through to resolution, including drafting legal documentation, advising on litigation strategy, conducting negotiations and supporting court proceedings where required.
