Property Litigation Solicitor (1-10 PQE +) London

A boutique law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit multiple Property Litigation Lawyers in summer 2026.

The focus will be on residential property litigation. The caseload will likely be 75% residential, 25% commercial.

The type of property litigation you may be expected to deal with will include: service charges, L&T disputes, adverse possession, leasehold enfranchisement, adverse possession, easements, forfeiture, dilapidations, BSA claims, development related litigation, Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, among others.

The salary range is c.£45,000-£80,000 - relative to PQE
