Property Litigation Solicitor Location: Flexible / Hybrid Working Available

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well-regarded and forward-thinking legal practice. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer with a strong track record of handling high-value, complex property disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including:
    • Land and property disputes
    • Landlord and tenant issues
    • Commercial property litigation
  • Deliver work to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies on:
    • Client care
    • Time recording and billing
    • Confidentiality and financial procedures
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all client and firm information
  • Keep clients regularly informed on case progress, even during periods of inactivity
  • Handle telephone and client communications efficiently and professionally
  • Manage complaints in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards
  • Maintain well organised and regularly reviewed case files
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with procedures
  • Proactively promote the firm's wider legal services to existing clients
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness with a solution focused approach
Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in property litigation
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
  • Excellent attention to detailCommitted to delivering high levels of client service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Experience with legal case management systems (e.g. SOS) is advantageous
