£40,000 - £50,000+ plus bonus and free parking

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked Dispute Resolution team based in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor up to 3 years' PQE looking to build a long-term career specialising in property litigation within a highly regarded and supportive team.

You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of property litigation matters, including:

• Adverse possession and boundary disputes
• Rights of way, nuisance claims, and restrictive covenant issues
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Enforcement of charging orders and other interests over land

You will work closely with experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to complex matters while developing your technical expertise and client management skills.

• Newly qualified solicitor up to 3 years' PQE
• Interest in property litigation or dispute resolution
• Strong communication and client care skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
• Desire to build a long-term career within a reputable team
