  • Maintaining and enhance current relationships, and ways of working, with key business partners.
  • Educating the business in relevant legal issues and raising the awareness levels across the group by attending and advising at meetings and training sessions.
  • Drafting, updating and maintaining standard form documentation, guidance notes etc and ensuring the retention and dissemination of legal 'know-how' within the legal team.
  • Upholding the values of SGN and always putting safety at the forefront of decisions.

What you will need

We're looking for a variety of skills and qualities that make you a great fit. If you don't meet every requirement, don't worry-we offer tailored learning and development to help you succeed.

  • Comfort in working closely with all levels including Directors and Senior Managers;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
