Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: South Wales (Cardiff & Surrounding Areas)
Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE to join a growing and well-regarded firm with a strong presence in South Wales. This is a key hire within a specialist litigation team that handles a broad range of property-related disputes for both commercial and private clients.

You will be part of a collaborative department offering high-quality work, a supportive culture, and genuine progression opportunities within a modern and ambitious practice.

The role will involve:

  • Managing a busy and varied caseload of contentious property matters, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, possession claims, and rights of way.
  • Advising clients on property litigation strategy, risks, and resolution options.
  • Drafting legal documentation including claims, defences, and settlement agreements.
  • Attending court hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
  • Working alongside property and litigation teams to deliver holistic legal support.
  • Taking an active role in client care and business development initiatives in the region.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE in property litigation or general litigation with a strong interest in contentious property matters.
  • Have solid technical knowledge and experience handling property disputes.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be confident managing your own caseload and progressing matters independently.
  • Be client-focused, commercially aware, and proactive in developing your practice.
