Property Lawyer

The firm seeks a Property Lawyer with at least three years of PQE to join its Hampshire office. This full time role involves managing a varied caseload spanning residential conveyancing and commercial property transactions. Remote working flexibility is offered, with a salary up to £60,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential property deals from instruction through to completion.
• Handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters and commercial property transactions.
• Act for property investors and developers across the country on various commercial property matters.
• Manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of three years' experience in commercial property.
• Strong technical knowledge of both residential and commercial property law.
• Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
