Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a famous Local authority based inGreater Manchester. They are seeking aLocumProperty Lawyerto join their team on a contract basis.

This role pays a competitive rate of:

Umbrella rate - £50-£55 an hour depending on experience
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.06 - £48.41 per hour

This role is on a contract basis for3 months but has potential to extend andis a hybrid role.

Responsibilities as a Locum Property Lawyer:

• Handle your own Property law caseload from start to completion.
• Handle Property law matters in relation to corporate support, Acting for lenders and Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, conditional contracts and coverage.
• Always provide outstanding client care and have professional approach

About you as a Locum Property Lawyer:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Property Law
• Good communication skills written and verbal.
• Able to work under pressure.
