This is a varied role, offering a balance between office-based work and time spent out in the field. You will be involved in a range of projects at different stages, from property development through to the implementation and management of facilities.

To be considered, you must hold an undergraduate degree accredited by RICS. This could include Real Estate, Construction Management, Land Management, Surveying, or a related discipline.

You will manage projects from contract launch through to completion, giving you genuine exposure to the full lifecycle and the satisfaction of seeing the tangible impact of your work. You will also benefit from working alongside market leaders, with full support and financial backing to help you progress in your career.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a genuine enthusiasm for the property sector. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with clients on a daily basis.

What we offer:

• Starting salary of £26,000-£28,000 plus bonus
• Excellent holiday allowance

Please note, a full driving licence and a car is required due to going to sites to meet clients.
