Property Finance Loan Manager: Bridging & Development Lead

Fintelligent in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Loan Manager to own the full loan lifecycle for bridging and development finance. You'll underwrite, structure and manage property-backed transactions from initial enquiry through to redemption, with direct borrower contact and sound commercial judgement.

The role offers a balanced hybrid pattern (three days in the Liverpool office, two days from home), a salary of £45,000-£50,000, plus a 20% annual bonus.
