Property Development Consultancy with a substantial pipeline of major commercial and mixed use landmark projects in the Dublin area.

Reporting to the Development Director, you will lead the delivery of high profile new build Commercial developments and refurbishment projects across the full lifecycle - from feasibility, planning and design through to construction, completion and handover.

The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing programme and budget performance, coordinating consultants and Tier 1 contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, governance and sustainability.

Requirements

• Third level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience managing the delivery of complex commercial development and mixed use project with a main contractor or project management consultancy.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, programmes and capital budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
