Property Data & Estates Records Analyst

A public sector consultancy is looking for a Data Analyst & Property Records Officer to assist in the adoption of a new property management system. This role requires excellent data analytical skills, a strong knowledge of property management, and effective IT abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching property data, populating migration tables, and ensuring deadlines are met. The position is based in South Gloucestershire with a pay rate of £31.77 per hour.
