The Role

You will provide a broad range of insurance coverage and liability defence advice, working closely with senior colleagues in a well-established insurance disputes practice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on insurance coverage and liability defence matters
• Handling subrogated recoveries
• Supporting clients with policy wording queries
• Advising on FOS and Lloyd's complaints
• Delivering ad hoc training and practical guidance to clients

The team operates in a highly collaborative environment, encouraging lawyers at all levels to share ideas and contribute to the team's continued development. You will have regular opportunities to meet both existing and prospective clients, supporting the development of your business development skills.

The Work

The Property Damage team acts for a wide range of insurers, syndicates, MGAs, corporate clients, and public and government bodies. The team advises across multiple insurance lines, including property and business interruption, casualty and liability. You will also work closely with colleagues across other specialist teams, advising on property insurance and property damage issues for major institutional and public sector clients.

Package
