Job Description

As a Property Damage Solicitor your duties will include:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of property damage claims from inception to resolution.
  • Provide legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and effective solutions.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to ensure efficient case progression.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on legal developments within the property damage and insurance sectors.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Property Damage Solicitor should have a minimum of 5 years experience dealing with property damage matters. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
