Property Contracts Lead, Renewables & Grid Projects

AGR Renewables, based in London, is seeking a Property Contract Manager to secure and manage land rights for its renewable energy projects. You will lead negotiations, manage external solicitors and land agents, and ensure contractual compliance across a portfolio of site agreements.

The role sits in the development team, reporting to the Project Development Director, with responsibility for land acquisition budgets and cross-project coordination. Travel to project sites will be required.
