Property Compliance Lead Local Authority Contract

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Property Compliance Manager for a 4-5 months contract with a local authority, based in Bromley.

You will oversee site inspections, manage contractors, and drive statutory compliance across the council's property portfolio, with emphasis on gas safety, electrical safety, fire safety and water hygiene, while coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines. 40 hours per week.
