• Pay: £10,574.72 per annum
• Hours: 16 hours per week
• Working Days: Monday, Thursday & Friday
• Location: Bourton-On-The-Water

About the Role

We are seeking a Property Checker to ensure our holiday homes are guest-ready in every detail. This hands on role is key to creating those "wow" moments when guests arrive.

What You'll Do

• Inspect properties inside and out, including BBQs and hot tubs
• Check welcome packs, supplies, and amenities
• Ensure all equipment is in working order
• Manage special requests such as high chairs or bed reconfigurations
• Address and report maintenance issues promptly
• Occasionally assist with cleaning or delivering guest items
• Maintain accurate property records and inventories

What You'll Bring

• Previous housekeeping or property checking experience
• Flexible, can do approach (things change fast in holiday season!)
• Reliability and ability to work independently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A love for keeping things shipshape and guest ready
