Property Auction Negotiator

We are recruiting for a Property Auction Negotiator to join a busy and growing auction team based in Bristol. The role involves visiting and listing properties prior to auction and dealing with complex pre auction negotiations.

Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Managing buyer and seller enquiries throughout the auction process
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, purchasers and investors
• Generating property auction instructions and identifying new business opportunities
• Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice on the auction process
• Negotiating sales and supporting transactions through to completion
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within estate agency, property sales or a related property role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident negotiation and relationship building abilities
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Self motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Target driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
