£27,000 to £30,000 plus benefits and bonus

Property Administrator required by this long established and innovative consultancy that is ever growing within the pensions sector. Growth in new business and investment in the company has resulted in the expansion of the existing team.

You will be responsible for the ongoing servicing of a portfolio of clients dealing with the property element including -

• commercial purchases
• sales
• leases
• ongoing property management
• working closely with third parties including other Providers
• client communications
• liaison with HMRC, surveyors and solicitors

Candidates will be currently working in a commercial property environment with at least 12 months experience of sourcing, buying, letting, managing and selling commercial property.
