Job Description

Depaul seeks a Property Acquisitions Manager - Housing First in Dublin. Hybrid role, full-time, 12-month fixed term with a view to permanency. Salary of €58,494 per annum.

You will identify and source new property opportunities, oversee Housing Officer teams, and manage acquisition projects from due diligence through to handover, ensuring value for money and secure tenure for service users.
