Description

Are you a property development solicitor ready to lead complex social housing transactions that make a lasting impact?

You'll join our nationally recognised social housing team, supporting Partners on high-value development and stock rationalisation projects for Registered Providers. This is an excellent opportunity to work on nationally significant affordable housing schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and portfolio transactions
• Manage due diligence and risk reviews
• Draft and negotiate property documents
• Advise Registered Providers on development matters
• Support business development and mentoring

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Qualified solicitor, 3+ years' PQE
• Property development or transactional experience
• Strong drafting and stakeholder skills
• Commercial, practical approach to risk
• Able to manage multiple matters effectively
