  • Document & Information Management: Maintain project folders, create new folders, manage project appointments in Microsoft Teams and ensure associated paperwork is issued accurately.
  • Reporting & Systems Administration: Issue client reports and asbestos awareness certificates, upload reports to Ostara and source CAD plans through the Whitbread portal.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate hotel and travel booking information with the BST team, helping ensure project teams have the arrangements they need.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients, communicating clearly, adapting to changing demands and taking ownership of tasks.
Training, Qualifications & Experience

You'll have a genuine interest in project management, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and effective time management. A proactive, reliable and adaptable approach is essential, alongside the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks under pressure and contribute positively to a team. We'll support you in working towards recognised Association for Project Management (APM) qualifications.

You'll be based at one of our UK offices, with flexible working arrangements that include the opportunity to work from home. You'll collaborate with colleagues across technical disciplines, gaining exposure to varied projects, clients and sectors.
