Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent administrative and coordination support across the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain and update essential project documentation, including schedules, planning materials, cost information and meeting records.
  • Support the production and distribution of project reports and performance updates.
  • Coordinate project related activities such as workshops, meetings and stakeholder sessions.
  • Prepare agendas, capture actions and ensure follow up items are delivered.
  • Support risk and issue tracking and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project management systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Assist with financial tracking, including invoice processing and monitoring budgetary information.
Qualifications
  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within project management.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with any exposure to project management tools such as Primavera P6 or COBRA being beneficial.
  • Ability to collect, manage and share data accurately and consistently.
  • Experience maintaining organised and structured records.
  • Confident written and verbal communicator who works well in a collaborative team.
