Job Description

Title: Project Sales Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000/year + Bonus

Location: London, United Kingdom

Hybrid working Policy: 3 days/week at the office

Company: World-famous manufacturer of premium sanitary products favored by high-end clientele.

Job profile
  • Communicating the advantages and unique selling points of their products to customers (Commercial Interior Designers, Luxury Hotels, Project Dealers, Architects, Hoteliers, Hotel Operators, and hotel operation teams) mainly in London.
  • Increasing brand awareness.
  • Strengthening relationships with customers to achieve business development and high profitability.
Main responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with architectural firms and designers in the UK.
  • Promoting product demand through competent and friendly customer advice.
  • Managing and following up on project progress.
  • Conducting business negotiations and client interactions, with approximately 80% of work involving client visits.
  • Participating in exhibitions and events to present company products.
  • Researching plumbing and electrical regulations per country.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitive products.
  • Monitoring sales, specifications, turnover, costs, and profits.
  • Collaborating closely with operational departments and teams.
  • Acquiring new customers and supporting existing ones.
  • Updating customer data and preparing weekly KPI reports.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Experience in selling interior materials to luxury hotels, designers, project dealers, architects, hoteliers, and hotel operation teams.
  • Experience in bathroom-related product sales (toilets, faucets, showers, bathtubs).
  • Ability to commute to London office 3 days/week.
  • Valid UK work visa with more than 2 years remaining.
  • Driving license B.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical skills, teamwork ability.
  • Structured work approach, especially for independent route planning.
  • Flexibility to adapt within a small organization.
  • Proficiency in English and intercultural competence.
  • Strong sales skills and empathy towards clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to succeed and grow sales.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in sales of luxury sanitary products.
  • Established connections with luxury hotels, interior designers, project distributors, architects, hoteliers, and hotel operators.
  • Knowledge of international plumbing and electrical regulations.
  • Knowledge of the sanitary industry.
  • Understanding of interior or architectural design.
