The Role:

• Manage subcontract procurement from tender enquiry through to award.
• Monitor project budgets, cashflow forecasts and commercial performance.
• Analyse and negotiate subcontractor tenders and commercial packages.
• Administer variations, change orders and subcontract accounts.
• Work closely with project and site teams to ensure effective commercial delivery.

The Person:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with a main contractor on major construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, contract administration and cost management.
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively within a project team.
