A leading, multi-sector Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Cambridge office.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

Known for delivering high-quality schemes across the commercial, residential, and life sciences sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career with a forward-thinking and highly respected team.

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll take a hands-on role in managing projects from early feasibility through to final account. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll lead on cost planning, procurement, contract administration and client liaison across a wide variety of exciting developments.

This role offers real responsibility and the opportunity to fast-track to Senior level, supported by structured APC training and a collaborative working environment.

The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction related field.
• At least 3+ years of Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy or cost management practice.
• Proficiency in pre- and post-contract processes, with strong client-facing skills.
• MRICS or currently working towards
