Project Quantity Surveyor - Hyperscale Data Centre

We are partnered with a General Contractor expanding the commercial team on a major hyperscale data centre project in Belgium and currently hiring for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor.

What we're looking for:

Strong commercial background in CSA or MEP

Experience on large-scale construction projects (DC experience a bonus)

Familiar with contract administration, procurement, and cost control

Capable of managing multiple work packages and contractor interfaces

Must have the right to work in the EU
