Within Warwickshire County Council, the Employability and Skills Team commissions services and provides a number of support services, primarily supporting businesses, gathering economic needs, whilst also supporting in the creation of career opportunities linking to employment, education and skills partners. The team engage widely with a number of external partners and stakeholders who we collaborate with to widen our reach.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join Warwickshire County Council's Adult Skills Team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of skills programmes that help adults access learning, training and employment opportunities. The role involves project and contract administration, performance monitoring, financial processing, stakeholder engagement, audit support, and the coordination of governance activities. You'll work closely with delivery partners, funders and colleagues to ensure projects are effectively managed, compliant, and achieve their intended outcomes. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with strong communication, IT, financial and analytical skills, who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to the development and delivery of impactful Adult Skills initiatives.
