About you

• Experience in a service-delivery or customer-facing role
• Strong skills in recording, analysing, and reporting information accurately
• Confident using standard IT packages (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Comfortable engaging with contractors, conducting site visits, and supporting operational monitoring

What you'll do

• Support the monitoring and administration of a waste and recycling project
• Carry out inspections and site visits to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to address performance issues and recommend corrective actionsAssist in analysing waste data and preparing monitoring/service reports to meet statutory requirements
• Contribute to operational and contract meetings, helping drive continuous improvement
