The role:

We are seeking a Project/Senior Project Manager to join our Central Rail Systems Alliance (CRSA) Enhancements team. The role involves securing and delivering multi-million-pound rail infrastructure projects and programs across the portfolio.

The Project Manager will oversee our experienced design and delivery teams in the UK and manage key client accounts to ensure CRSA remains the first choice for our clients. Travel within the role is expected to attend project sites, CRSA, and client offices as required.

Your Purpose:
  • Deliver major multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Support bid management and secure future opportunities for growth.
  • Promote and maintain high safety standards on all sites.
  • Establish and build relationships with alliance partners, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage supply chain and subcontractors confidently.
  • Oversee multiple projects, managing various demands and stakeholders simultaneously.
What you can bring:
  • Experience managing complex multidisciplinary major projects within various GRIP stages.
  • Significant experience in managing Multi-disciplinary Railway Engineering Design.
  • Strong industry connections to leverage future opportunities and growth.
  • Ability to build relationships with suppliers, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, negotiation, conflict management, and leadership skills.
  • Qualifications and membership with the Association for Project Management or a relevant engineering body.
