Project Manager/Construction/Fluent German speaking

Endeavour Recruitment has an excellent contract opportunity to join a leading client in the Construction Sector based in Vienna, Austria.

Hybrid role: 3 days a week onsite in Vienna.

Long term project.

Fluent German and English speaking is mandatory.

Rate: 95 Euros per hour

Duties:

• Replacement and modernisation of ventilation systems
• Floor renovations as part of technical conversions
• Renovation of technical infrastructure in production and server areas
• Execution of smaller, parallel-running projects with high time pressure

The projects are characterized by proximity to production and require close coordination with internal interfaces as well as external service providers. The project team is currently handling, among other things:

Tasks:

• Preparation of technical concepts and variant comparisons
• Coordination of design reviews and approval processes
• Project execution including schedule, cost, and quality control
• Inspection of MCR (measurement, control, regulation) cabling and interface coordination
• Organization and supervision of room renovations (including flooring and painting after system dismantling)
• If applicable, claim management and documentation
• Communication with internal specialist departments, external planners, and executing companies

Desired education:

• Building services engineering, supply engineering, or comparable qualification

Must-have skills:

• Completed degree in building services engineering, supply engineering, or similar
• Several years of experience (5 years) in managing HVAC projects, ideally in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of project management (PM methods, tools)
• Experience with MCR technology and technical interfaces
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
