The Client Outreach Associate plays a crucial role within the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) group of the Global Corporate Investment Banking (GCIB) division. This position is essential for managing client outreach initiatives, particularly in the context of regulatory compliance and internal changes, ensuring a clear and positive client experience throughout transitions.
Main Responsibilities:
Forward planning of assigned initiatives requiring client outreach.
Define the future schedule of events, aligning across campaigns and business areas.
Draft and review client communications for clarity and regulatory compliance.
Execute assigned client outreach and transition initiatives aligned with the strategic roadmap.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding regulatory queries.
Advise the organization on considerations for client outreach exercises.
Create MI status reports across multiple business lines.
Identify opportunities to streamline outreach processes.
Support the business with Regulatory remediation, balancing client experience with requirements.
Coordinate new Regulatory requirements into client onboarding processes.
Key Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills.
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
Knowledge in UK, European, and US Regulation (eg, MIFID, EMIR, Dodd Frank).
Strong project management skills.
Experience managing large scale projects.
Strong analytical skills.
Proven track record in Client Outreach initiatives.
Experience in Client Relationship Management.
Knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
