Project Manager Operations Logistics

JOB LOCATION: Milton Keynes MK10 0BZ

DURATION: 12months + FTC PERM Role

TYPE: HYBRID (3 Days Onsite a Week) Office-based at the beginning. Hybrid arrangements can only be considered after successful probationary period.

SALARY: £45K - £50K + PA Benefits

Project Manager Operations Logistics

Job Goals/Mission:

Project Manager: involvement from project inception/RFP to identify project goals scope out requirements/resource, liaise with sales team to appropriately price tender document taking into account all potential overspends and mitigate.

Work with team to produce schedule, resource recruitment, training documentation and RAMS to meet all customer requirements, and determine the potential challenges that can increase the cost or cause delays.

Produce tracking documentation/asset tracking and use appropriate resource and systems to improve internal efficiencies within G+D systems and teams.

Ensure all logistics meets project requirements and engineer material resource requests.

Act as an intermediary between upper management, customer project management team and the internal project team.

Produce MI data for internal/external stakeholders.

Areas of Responsibility/Tasks:

Meeting with top management and clients to identify project requirements, ensure suitable delivery timelines and costs evaluated- Produce cost templates and assist with tender documents with Sales Team.

Project scoping- Create Project plan according to agreed milestones, chair/attend stakeholder meetings with Management/Client: communicating project plan and updating as and when required.

Produce maintain Project Schedules, Asset tracking, Site Communications, Project documentation and Produce Customer MI reports using online portals as determined in the scope.

Build project- Procure resource- produce training media/courses,(ensuring company compliance to EHS and client requirements)-Tools, equipment and material are procured and appropriate), logistics for Collection and deliveries for Client, Engineers and Disposal (according to WIEE) are fulfilled.

All EHS requirements are met - all Engineer training levels are appropriate to the project.
