The Transformation & Change (T&C) team is a multidisciplinary internal team responsible for delivering strategic programmes and projects within KPMG. The team brings together technical, project delivery and change management skillsets to partner with the business in identifying opportunities, shaping solutions and delivering sustainable outcomes.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation and change projects to achieve measurable business outcomes through effective planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and change management.
Applicants should have approximately 4 years of previous Project Management experience and ideally have had exposure to a consulting, professional services or customer-facing environment.
A snapshot of your peer group:
- Our project managers usually have recognised project management certification, supported by excellent programme and project management capability.
- At least five years' experience leading and delivering operational or technology-enabled transformation programmes.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands, coordinate multiple schedules and manage resources while maintaining focus on team goals and delivery outcomes.
- A proven ability to adapt delivery approaches to changing requirements and a dynamic business environment.
- A strong track record of building collaboration and securing stakeholder engagement across business functions.
- Experience developing trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and influencing effectively at leadership level.
- Confident executive presence, with strong communication and presentation skills across both large and small audiences.
- Ability to develop clear, engaging and high-quality presentation materials.
- A proactive, self-starting approach, with the drive to maintain delivery momentum while working with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management capability; previous experience in a professional services environment would be an advantage.

- Take accountability for the end-to-end delivery of large and complex projects, working across functions to define and achieve clear, measurable business outcomes.
- Lead business change initiatives, with a particular focus on organisational design, communications, stakeholder engagement and training.
- Develop detailed project plans and budgets, monitor performance against scope, schedule and cost, and manage changes through a structured governance process.
- Establish and track project KPIs to demonstrate progress and confirm that business objectives are achieved.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Design and facilitate engaging workshops that support decision-making, alignment and delivery.
- Lead and contribute within collaborative teams, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality outputs on time and within budget.
- Translate complex information, data and recommendations into clear, accessible communications and presentations for varied audiences.
