Progress your career within our Healthcare team as a Project Manager in a supportive environment with long-standing clients. This role is based in our central London office in Blackfriars, with hybrid working options.
Responsibilities include leading project management services for healthcare developments, working on new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs across London and Southeast. We seek a capable, ambitious project manager with experience in the built environment, preferably within healthcare projects, but open to related sectors.
We offer a collaborative team environment, career development towards senior levels, and support for chartership via our APC Programme. Flexible working arrangements are standard, allowing time management between office, site, and home.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure client objectives are met through teamwork, risk management, and contractual advice.
- Prepare tender documentation and administer tender processes.
- Advise on contractors, procurement, costs, and programs.
- Act as Employers Agent for clients.
- Manage cost variations and progress reports.
- Lead value engineering and service delivery initiatives.
- Develop and deliver programs using Microsoft Project.
- Degree in Construction Project Management or related field.
- Experience in project management within the construction industry is essential.
- Healthcare project experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proven ability in full pre and post-contract duties.
- Experience with JCT contracts, design and build, traditional forms.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
