Project Manager Legal and Compliance - Europe

Red Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager- Legal and Compliance to lead ERP related technology projects within an SAP environment. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, working closely with IT stakeholders across Europe, and ensuring alignment between business needs and solutions.

Contract: 6 months + possible extension

Location: Remote (Based in EU)

Rate: EUR/day

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP projects supporting Legal, Compliance, finance, Regulatory, and Corporate Functions.
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and IT stakeholders to define and deliver business requirements.
• Ensure ERP solutions comply with regulatory requirements Track project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Manage project governance, risk, compliance, change management, and stakeholder communication.
• Support validation, audit readiness, and documentation activities within regulated environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Europe to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of project management experience with Legal, Compliance, finance, Regulatory, and Corporate Functions.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and reporting structures.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (functional exposure)
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry
• Experience working with European stakeholders and remote teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:

• Exposure to ERP/SAP transformation and system implementation projects
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
