• Support the day-to-day delivery of standalone and smaller integrated projects
• Help keep timings, actions, documentation, and deliverables on track
• Set up project plans and update internal project documents
• Coordinate activity across creative, strategy, client service, production, technical, and operations teams
• Support budget tracking, project administration, and financial processes through Workday and client systems
• Identify potential timing, resource, finance, or delivery risks and elevate them appropriately
• Maintain standards across project documentation, status reports, and deliverables
• Represent project needs within the agency and communicate actions, blockers, and requirements
• Support the team in finding practical solutions to project challenges
• Use AI tools, including WPP Open, to improve efficiency, summarise information, consolidate feedback, and improve ways of working
• Stay curious and adaptable as the agency and industry evolve

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards across project documentation and deliverables
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Experience in project coordination, operations, client service, marketing, creative delivery, or a similar environment
• Interest in creative work and curiosity about how ideas move from brief through to delivery
• Willingness to learn project management processes, tools, platforms, and agency ways of working
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with confidence to ask questions, flag issues, and upscale when support is needed
• Comfortable working with change and ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
• Interest in using AI tools, including WPP Open, to improve efficiency and ways of working
• Collaborative working style, positive attitude, and willingness to support the wider team
