Project Manager

Project Manager with 10+ years' experience required to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in a hybrid Bid & Preconstruction role. This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to move into a high-impact preconstruction function, working closely with the commercial and estimating teams to deliver competitive, well-structured tender packages. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a track record of delivering complex building projects.

Role:

• Lead and coordinate the preparation of bid and tender submissions.
• Develop and review construction programmes, methodologies, and risk registers.
• Provide technical and delivery expertise to support the estimating team.
• Attend client and design team meetings at preconstruction stage.
• Work collaboratively with commercial, design, and operational teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across the bid process.

Requirements:

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree.
• 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale building projects.
• Strong programme, risk, and methodology skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence.
