As the organization continues to expand in the Benelux region, they are now seeking a Project Manager to support infrastructure deployment and lead strategic rollouts. This is a key role that bridges operations, partners, and internal teams-ensuring a seamless and high-quality delivery of charging projects.

The Role

• Lead EV charging infrastructure projects from start to finish, within scope, time, and budget.
• Oversee implementation of 40+ parking facility projects across the Netherlands.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve milestones.
• Organize and lead regular meetings to track progress and address challenges.
• Mentor and motivate project teams, providing structure, updates, and clarity.
• Align closely with local operations, sales, and leadership teams on execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management tools and processes.
• Share best practices and contribute to knowledge building across the team.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of successful experience in project management and team leadership.
• Strategic and operational thinking with strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with municipalities and public institutions.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset aligned with the mission of electrification.
• Technical or infrastructure project experience in e-mobility is a plus.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
