Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects, primarily in the commercial and healthcare sectors, with project values starting at £10 million. Based in Northern Ireland with no UK travel required, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading project planning, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Managing multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Overseeing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and budgets.
  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all project phases.
  • Liaising with clients to provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

  • What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will bring a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects (£10 million+) with expertise in commercial developments and, ideally, healthcare schemes. The ideal candidate will have:
  • History of project management experience in construction, with a focus on high-value commercial or healthcare projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and industry regulations in Northern Ireland.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage risks and adapt to changing project demands.
  • In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements.
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • What you'll get in return
In return for your expertise, you will join a forward-thinking company with a robust pipeline of projects in Northern Ireland, offering stability and career growth. You will benefit from:
  • A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • The opportunity to lead high-profile, impactful projects in the commercial and healthcare sectors.
  • A supportive work environment with a focus on professional development and collaboration.
  • No UK travel, allowing you to focus on projects local to Northern Ireland.
  • The chance to contribute to transformative developments that shape communities and enhance your career portfolio.
