Title: Project Manager - Civil Engineering (£10M-£150M Projects) Location: UK-Wide (Travel Required) Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits Package

The Opportunity: Search Consultancy is proud to partner with a leading, forward-thinking Civil Engineering firm with a massive footprint across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to lead flagship civil engineering projects valued between £10M and £150M.

The Role You will take full ownership of high-value projects from inception to completion. You aren't just managing a site; you are driving success across scope, programme, cost, quality, and SHEQ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead delivery on projects up to £150M, ensuring full compliance with legislation and SHEQ procedures.
  • Commercial Management: Manage NEC contracts, variations, and sub-contractor pre-let meetings.
  • Technical Oversight: Manage design processes, ITPs, and NCR registers to ensure "Gold Standard" quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company at pre-tender meetings and maintain excellent client/sub-contractor relationships.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • Contract Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of NEC or similar civil engineering contracts.
  • Track Record: Proven success in delivering medium-to-large scale projects on time and to budget.
  • Flexibility: A valid driving license and a willingness to work on projects throughout the UK.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in Marine or Flood Protection projects and ICE/CIOB membership.
