# Project Manager at Infor - United KingdomNovember 14, 2025 Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you'll lead end-to-end project delivery within our SunSystems practice, driving successful implementations and cloud transitions for our customers. You'll work closely with experienced consultants and Solution Architects to deliver high-quality projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the required Infor standards.You'll bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and act as the central point of control, aligning all project elements to achieve success for our clients.A Day in the Life Typically Includes: Leading full-cycle delivery of SunSystems Cloud projects for customers. Providing effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients. Bringing strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure project success. Assisting with defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Prioritizing and executing project tasks with delivery teams. Identifying and managing project risks and issues while developing mitigation strategies. Managing scope changes and ensuring alignment with stakeholders. Overseeing resource schedules and workloads to ensure project efficiency. Monitoring and tracking project progress against plans and timelines. Managing project budgets and financials with attention to accuracy and transparency. Providing regular project status reports to key stakeholders. Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Conducting post-project reviews and evaluations to identify best practices and improvement areas. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant project management experience. Advanced knowledge of structured project management methodologies and practices (PMP certification preferred). Full project lifecycle ERP implementation experience, preferably with a Finance focus. Proven ability to plan, manage, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills. Strong presentation, reporting, and documentation abilities. Proven adaptability and experience in fast-changing environments. Demonstrated collaboration skills with both functional and technical consultants. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Proven leadership with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage senior resources and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of industry experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, Hospitality, or Not-for-Profit sectors. Knowledge of Cloud technologies, Cloud ERP solutions, and Cloud implementations. Experience leading ERP implementations within a vendor or consulting environment. Experience with modern project management tools. Background working in large organizations or global teams.LocationExperience2 Year
