Job Description
TRS are partnering with a reputable Project Consultancy who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of major airport infrastructure projects in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global consultancy working on complex, high-profile capital projects within a live operational airport environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of airport infrastructure projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design, engineering, construction, and stakeholder teams.
- Ensure compliance with aviation, regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reporting to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Manage procurement activities and oversee contractor performance.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across airport operations, contractors, consultants, and client teams.
- Ensure effective change control and project governance processes are maintained.
- Support continuous improvement and best practice project delivery methodologies.
Required Experience
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, construction, or capital projects.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager managing projects through the full lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, programmes, risks, and reporting.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance processes.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
