This role will see you leading delivery on a £20 million fit out scheme, incorporating elements of fit out, structures, cut & carve, and externals. It's an opportunity for someone confident in running complex jobs, building strong client relationships, and driving a project forward.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading day-to-day site management on a flagship £20m project.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
• Managing subcontractors while fostering a culture of collaboration on site.
• Acting as the client's key point of contact, ensuring expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
• Looking ahead on programme, identifying challenges early and delivering solutions.
