The EPR Fleet Collaboration Project Manager will support the delivery of a major nuclear collaboration programme, driving knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and operational efficiency across large-scale nuclear infrastructure projects. Working within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, you will coordinate programme activities, monitor performance, manage governance and reporting, and support the implementation of collaboration frameworks to maximise value and ensure best practice is shared. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to contribute to the delivery of nationally significant nuclear projects while helping to improve efficiency, capture lessons learned and drive long-term programme success.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery and coordination of the EPR Fleet Collaboration programme.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, lessons learned and best practice across nuclear projects.
- Manage project governance, reporting, KPIs, risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of collaboration processes and agreements.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and value delivery.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.
- Prepare reports, presentations and briefings for senior leadership and governance forums.
- Ensure collaboration activities align with operational, regulatory and project requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support improved programme performance.
- Proven Project Management experience within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, ideally within the nuclear, energy, infrastructure, engineering or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of project governance, controls, risk, issue, change and dependency management.
- Experience managing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering projects against competing priorities.
- Ability to produce reports, governance materials and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Experience driving continuous improvement, lessons learned and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
- Project Management qualification such as APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP desirable.
