Project Manager - Retail Business

A successful retail business is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them during a busy period of transformation/modernisation.

Contract Details

• Initial 6 month contract
• Hybrid with occasional travel to offices in central Lincoln
• Day rate up to £550 per day inside IR35
• Strong experience across both infrastructure and software projects required
• Planned start date - July/August 2026

Responsibilities

• Managing a range of projects which will include both software and infrastructure upgrades
• Utilising both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Manage external suppliers/resources and ensure delivery on time and to budget
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Reporting progress to senior members of the delivery team
• Identify potential risks, monitor activities, and resolve roadblocks.

Qualifications

• Broad PM background, to include both software and infrastructure projects
• Ability to visit Lincoln offices as required
• Agile/Waterfall understanding
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
