Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on busy sites in the Dublin/Meath area.

This right candidate for this role will be responsible for leading construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

We Are Looking For:
  • Third-level qualification in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, NFQ Level 7/8 or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in construction project management, ideally within a main contractor or consultancy environment.
  • Strong leadership, team management, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Good knowledge of Irish building regulations and safety standards.
  • Proficiency with project management software.
  • Ability to analyse problems and make decisions under pressure.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to handover.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor project progress and site activity.
  • Chair progress meetings, record minutes, and follow up.
  • Manage contract performance, site instructions, claims, and change control.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance in line with Irish regulations and company policy.
  • Prepare and present regular reports.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
