The RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager who can go beyond coordination and truly drive delivery. This role is focused on managing complex, cross functional projects, often involving multiple integrations, external dependencies, and tight timelines. You will work closely with engineering, product, and stakeholders to ensure structured execution and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate and support cross functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Own end to end delivery of projects from initiation through to go live.
- Translate high level requirements into clear delivery plans and structured execution.
- Build and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and critical paths.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues (RAID) proactively.
- Ensure teams are focused on outcomes and delivery, not just activity.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and provide clear, structured reporting.
- Coordinate cross functional teams (engineering, product, QA, external partners).
- Identify blockers early and take ownership of resolution and escalation.
- Support go live planning and delivery readiness.
- 4+ years of experience in project delivery, with a strong background working as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, PSM, PMI ACP).
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Proven experience delivering complex technical projects (ideally in iGaming, sportsbook, or similar environments).
- Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
- Experience managing third party integrations and dependencies.
- Solid understanding of end to end product delivery lifecycle.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities; ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Problem solving and decision making aptitude in a fast paced environment.
- Strong fluency in English (upper intermediate and higher level).
- Experience delivering sportsbook or betting related products.
- Understanding of real time systems or data driven platforms.
- Exposure to regulated environments.
- Work on high impact, complex products in a growing industry.
